What happens next

We read every message; analysis requests are prioritised by severity and demand.

Analysis requests: Prioritised by severity and by how many people ask for the same vulnerability. When an analysis is published, it appears on the record for everyone.
Data errors: Checked against the upstream source. If we agree, an analyst corrects the record and it's marked as edited.
Everything else: Partnership, data access and press questions go straight to the team. There's no autoresponder, so any reply is written by a person.
